Pressure washing that lifts off the green and the grime without wrecking the surface.

Driveways, sidewalks, siding, and decks cleaned with the right pressure for each surface.

Pressure Washing

What this service is.

Pollen, algae, and that green-black film build up fast on hard surfaces in our climate. We clean driveways, sidewalks, patios, siding, and decks using the right amount of pressure for each one. Concrete and pavers get a strong surface clean. Wood and siding get a soft wash with detergent and low pressure, so we lift the grime without splintering boards or driving water behind the siding.

What is included

  • Driveway, sidewalk, and patio cleaning
  • Soft washing for vinyl, fiber-cement, and painted siding
  • Deck and wood fence washing at safe pressure
  • Surface cleaner pass for even results on concrete
  • Spot treatment for oil, rust, and tire marks
  • Rinse-down that keeps detergent off your beds and plants

Who it is for and when to do it

This is for homeowners getting ready to sell, hosting, or just tired of looking at a stained driveway and a green north-facing wall. It also resets curb appeal before a listing photo shoot.

Timing in the Upstate. Spring is the busiest time because Upstate pollen coats everything in March and April. Late winter and early fall are both good windows to clear the algae that grows on shaded, damp surfaces through our humid summers.

How we price it

We price by the surface and square footage after a quick look or a few photos. Driveways and a full house soft wash are the two most common requests, and we will give you a flat number for each before we start.

Pressure Washing questions

Will pressure washing damage my siding?

Not when it is done right. We soft wash siding with low pressure and a cleaning solution that does the work, so we never force water behind the panels or strip paint. High pressure is for concrete, not for siding.

Can you clean my deck without tearing up the wood?

Yes. We use a low-pressure wash on wood decks and fences so the grain stays intact and the boards do not furr up. Older or soft wood gets the gentlest setting we have.

Do you remove oil stains and tire marks from driveways?

We treat them, and most lighten or come out. Deep, old oil that has soaked into concrete for years may not fully disappear, and we will tell you what to expect before we start instead of overpromising.

Will the cleaning solution hurt my plants?

We protect and rinse the beds around the area we are washing, and we control where the runoff goes. The detergents we use break down and are safe for landscaping when handled the way we handle them.
