Mowing, edging, and blow-off on a set schedule, so your yard looks cut and cared for every week.

Weekly Lawn Maintenance

What this service is.

A sharp lawn comes down to two things: showing up on the same day every week and cutting it the right way. We mow at the correct height for your grass, edge the beds, driveway, and walkways, string-trim around fences, posts, trees, and the mailbox, then blow every clipping off the hard surfaces before we leave. You come home to a yard that looks finished, not just mowed.

What is included

  • Mowing at the right height for your grass type
  • Crisp edging along beds, driveways, and sidewalks
  • String-trimming around fences, posts, trees, and AC units
  • Blowing clippings off driveways, walks, and patios
  • A consistent weekly or every-other-week schedule
  • A quick walk-through for thin spots, weeds, and trouble areas

Who it is for and when to do it

This is for homeowners, rental owners, and property managers who want the yard handled without having to think about it. We build routes by neighborhood, so your service day stays the same week to week.

Timing in the Upstate. Upstate warm-season grass grows fast from May through September, so most lawns need a weekly cut April through October. We stretch to every other week in the cooler months when growth slows down. Bermuda and zoysia get cut shorter, around 1 to 2 inches. Tall fescue does best left taller, around 3 to 3.5 inches, so the roots stay shaded through the heat.

How we price it

Most weekly residential lawns fall in a predictable range based on lot size and how much trimming and edging the property needs. We quote a flat per-visit price after we see the yard, and that price does not change visit to visit.

Weekly Lawn Maintenance questions

What is included in a standard mow?

Every visit includes mowing, edging the beds and hard surfaces, string-trimming around anything the mower cannot reach, and blowing the clippings off your driveway, walks, and patio. That is the whole service, not an add-on list.

How often should I mow my lawn in the Upstate?

Weekly from April through October when the grass is growing fast, and every other week in the cooler months. Cutting weekly in the growing season keeps you from removing more than a third of the blade at once, which is what stresses the lawn.

Do I need to be home when you come?

No. As long as we can get to the yard and any gates are unlocked, we handle it and you do not need to be there. We will text or email if we run into anything that needs your call.

What is the difference between recurring and one-time service?

Recurring service runs on a set schedule, weekly or every other week, at a flat per-visit price. One-time service is a single cleanup or cut, priced on its own. Recurring lawns get priority on the schedule and a better per-visit rate.

What happens if it rains on my service day?

We move you to the next dry day on the route, usually within a day or two. Cutting a soaked lawn tears the grass and leaves ruts, so we wait for it to dry rather than damage the turf.
